On the date of product received and after unboxing, i found wrong different baby dress so i immediately call to customer care but they told me to send images on emailid after that process and waited for 3 days i recall them and told them that no one has came to recieve product yet so they told me that this is non-hopscotch product so no return will happen, then i told him that i want to talk with senior person then they told me to wait 1 hour but then after also no call came so i again call them and told whole issue, so their customer care is calling me fraud, he is telling me that all your multiple account are on investigation and our team will work in it and will call you on monday and blah blah … Its totally scam by giving false reason, first they send wrong product now they decline to send money, why will customer care will accept wrong product, they are telling they have cctv footage, if yes send me on my mail id, i want my refund take this as legal notice or else i will file FIR about delivery boy and your app too Was this information helpful? |
