On 24th august i had returned 3 dresses bought from hopscotch to nilesh (Delivery boy). He had not given me any proof and told that due to server issue it was not available. Later on his boss kunal had spoken to me and told that it will be updated soon and after the pick up was done he was very very rude due to which i had to disconnect the call. I have complained hopscotch on the same day also and have been continuously following up but they are not providing me any updates. My order i'd is[protected]. I called the delivery guy and he told me to plead to kunal to give my products. Hopscotch is not doing verification of vendors and sending them to collect things which is very unsafe
