Order no:[protected], I have bought 3 dress but I got totally different product and when I take parcel I have open packet front of courier boy with video.when I saw wrong product received I have raise return request.next day pick up the product and I got refund processing message but 3 days complete I didn't receive money.i have call customer care and ask for refund .but customer care executive talk to me very rudely and told me we have block ur refund because we didn't receive correct product.i have request him sir I got wrong product and I have proof but he didn't want to talk and deny fir refund.i told him give me my product back .but he deny.now tell me what is my fault.my 6005 rs cheat and product also cheat.they didn't give my product or money.cheat company.actually china company always cheat indian.please help me Was this information helpful?
