[Resolved]  Hopscotch.in — Return never picked up and no refund for more than 15 days

Placed an order on 10th Nov for a birthday event. Though it was picked up by courier partner on 11th it was not delivered on 26th Nov. As the product was substandard, I placed a return request on same day. But it was not picked for next couple of days. I called customer care on 28th Nov as well as 30th Nov. Each time I have been told they will reassign the courier partner but nothing happened. On 3rd Nov, I called the customer service again and this time too was getting the same response. I asked him to check previous records on whether the courier partner was reassigned for which he said he will not be able to see it. From this you can understand these guys are running a scam. Now I dont think like I will get the refund. Better alert your family and friends to avoid them at any cost. I have already alerted my community (more than 700 families) about this incident. Protect people from such pathetic business people who doesn't even know that they are living a pathetic life by sucking out the hard earned money of others.
