Hopscotch.in — I'm complaining about my bank account has been debited twice for a single order

On 21 July 2019, i made a transaction for Order No.[protected] for Rs. 529.00 through E-banking and the said amount was debitted from my account, then hopscotch page came with your payment failed. After this i made another transaction for the same thing under order No.[protected] for Rs. 529.00 and Rs. 529.00 was again debited from my account and showed payment sucessful. Now, my issue is that the first amount didn't came back in my account and from last three days i'm complainting on hoscotch helpline and the are assuring me that they will connect with me within 24 hours. They failed to reply back. Is this a way to treat consumers.
