My brother went for eye surgery in agarwal hospital. They did multiple operations but they no improvement , got infection becasue of error / infection during surgery.
I asked my parents to go to court for file a case against them. But ,they need certificate from other doctors stating that fault during surgery.
If same thing happend in US / UK . High penalty and banned for hospital.
