Govt. Hospital — Poor Registration

I've come to see the doctor(eye specialist) todate at 0815 Hrs. No body was there in patient registration counter. However, people were wating since early morning. Finally, only one clerk came 0835 hrs for reg. Counter. There was no doctors also in their respective wards till 0930 Hrs and so on. No body is looking after the hospital's regulation. Overall, i can say the hospital is running in pathetic condition. This kind of attendence sends bad image to the state and arrises questions to the state health society. Further, i've heart that doctors run own clinic at their residents by charging money. That's what the reason they come late in the hospital. I request the forum to,kindly, investigate the matter and do justice to the patients.
