Hello..
I have a complaint against the 108 services for not having a particular apparatus (To be precise a tube which could be used in giving artificial respiration to patients of drowning) in their ambulance. We had to call them up for help in the month of march 2013 when, on a small outing one of my friends happened to drown in the back waters near Mysore. I would also like to mention that the service by their team though was well on time, they even helped us take the patient to the hospital, but all that in vain for the reason that we could have saved the patients life had there been a tube to give artificial respiration,an apparatus which can be as simple as a piece of plastic tube.
Now that when my friend dint live to see the world I would just like to put this up as a suggestion rather than a complaint,so that there are no such incidents repeated ever again.Just maintain a proper database to know what things might be missing in an ambulance, and to replace them immediately,so that when an emergency arises you are also well prepared to face it,as just being on time would not make all the difference.
Thanks
