My father Mr. Keshav R Vaghela had CABG surgery in Sal Hospital. Due to their carelessness, my father has got infection badly on his hips. Hips got burned. No body responded and told us that they hav only 1 uniform. They had not changed uniform also.

Please do the needful at the earliest.
