Sal Hospital — Rude. Unprofessional. Unethical.

My father has been admitted for his angiography by Dr. Kamal Sharma. We were asked to report at the hospital at 9 am. It has been 2:12 and we have had no response.
On enquiring at 2nd floor ICU reception, firstly i had to wait for them to react as they were giggling jiggling over the phone. The name of the person is Kiran (very unprofessional) she then called someone and asked the status & i am very certain the information passed to me was not proper. She lied on my face saying she called me and no one responded. I would like to get a call as i am not able to write the whole scene. I also want an investigation on the issue and a ln inquiry on Kiran. Call me on [protected]
