Hostel — not providing food in hostel but paying charges

I'm staying in anugrahaladies hostel, vadapalani. They are not providing proper food, only 5 days we are taking food in hostel rest of the days we are taking food outside and we are paying includes food. Drinking water is infectious one. If we questioned they asked to leave from hostel immediately. We are paying for whole month no use of it. If we complain against any electric things they have not taking action. Major part is food, we are struggling lot for food. Either try to convince (Please manage for few days) or else they threatening leave hostel immediately. Kindly please take action against hostel. If we enquiry any girls in the hostel. They would say the same reason. But i[censored] ask inside the hostel no one would say anything. If we speak to the girls outside the hostel. They would say everything. Drunken person kept as cook. Gents are cleaning the room. Without permission they enter the room
