Purchased through the Hostgator.in but their server was with US Hostgator.com, they abruptly discontinued my services in 6 Months telling that, by mistake i was sending the TOS mails and now i cannot continue with them...They have discontinued my services ...and now not returning my money telling me that it is our policy.
They have also gone for maintenance 2 times without intimating us for more than 10 days, when our sites were not working and we have incurred losses of more than 5, 00, 000 Rs. due to them ...but we thought we should not claim them as they are good company...now they are not returning my hosting account fees.
I have also lost data due to them ...

I have hosted a website crisanat . com with host gator. The server is down from a week in India and even after raising many tickets, they are just sending the canned response to have patience.
This is the worst service i have ever received.
