Hosting Raja — forcing me to buy their product

I was on their vps basic plan for 1 year, when my plan expired which is 28, april, 2018. I want to go down to lower plan that is premium corporate for 2 reasons. 1, i dnt afford it anymore. 2, i dnt need much resource for my website.

So when renewal time came i talk to sales agent he told me that if i downgrade my plan they will not help me at move my website files and database, but promise me free.com domain name which cose around rs. 650 for a year and sll certificate for free, then i purchased the lower plan. He never told me that their plan wont able to hold my traffic.

Since i am not expert on moving website i request them to do it for me as i am their curent client, but refuse it, the reason i request them to do it was i was afraid that i might mess thing up and make my website down, i don't want my website down for even 1 minute. So, i hire someone to move my files and database for me. To doing that with my slow internet i had spen 3 nights 1:00 am - 4:00 am.

After i done moving all my files and database, i tried to setup my new website but i dnt have any access to my website i asked them what happen, they told me i dnt have any domain name, and they me to renew it with whom my domain host. So i renew to my domain at where my domain name host.

After i purchase it, i tried to setup again, but they said that my new website's ip address has been blocked from tata network, so that i cant access to my website. At this time my website was down, since i transfer everything to my new website. At around 4:00pm call them and write ticket about my issue, but they refuse to tell me at first but i keep calling them, they never pickup phone or reponse me on email, finally one agent pickup the phone at after 11 pm and told me that tata network has block my new ip address (It took them more than 5 hours just to tell me that) and he said it will be ok by tomorow morning at 10 am.

But, the next day at 10am nothing has been fixed, so i call them but they refuse to answer nor picking up the phone, i keep trying all day, by 4 pm one agent pickup and they fixing the issue etc... By around 10:00 pm that night my website went live. I was so relief but that is not the end.

The next day, they move website to my old vps plan, i was so confuse so i call them what happen one agent told me that their plan couldn't handle my website so they move back to my old plan, but i told him that i dont afford it anymore, but he told me, "last night i lost 2/3 client because of your website eating alot of our rescources, so you have to stay at vps and pay the money as plan or you can stay for 3 months then you move out," but i told him, "i paid for lower plan for 1 year, you cant force me to buy your product which i dnt want, i have my right as consumer." then he said, "you stay 3 months then if you want to stay longer i have to pay for as plan, unless you do what you want, that is not our concern." he also say they reason they lose their was my fault. I don't see why is that my fault, they have weak device which unable to hold their client or they sell their product more than their device couldnt handle it. That is clearly their fault.

Since i don't want to pay for vps plan, i ask them to refund me which i gave them for lowser plan (Premium corporate) but they refuse to refund me. So, i was being force to buy which i don't want. I don't know what to do since i dnt have any money to buy website at another host so i stay at their host unwillingly.

And then another problem came at 9th may, all of the post at website by me and my contributor's post's are at 11:pm (This post missing can only happen if database has been restore with previus database, which they re-restore at may 8th's database) i asked them what happen they said that their was problem at the night before ect... (My website down again at 7th may, which i didnt mention, since they point their fingers to my domain host, but i dnt belive them, i think it's their fault again) so i ask them to restore all my post, they said they will work on it.

By 10th may, when i check my website nothing has been restored to i ask them to do restoring fast, instead of restore them or accepting their fault they ask me why i did it, i told them i don't even have 8th may database backup how could i restore it and i don't even know how to do it. After that they never reply me.
That is my story, to sum up : 1) they force me to buy their product which i dont want. 2) they blame me on their fault 2 times, not to mention my website went down for like 48 hours, which should never happen on decent hosting company.
