Even their technical support has laymen-like knowledge.

The selling company and support will stop responding to you after a while.

They look at you better with a normal hosting service you will find better prices, speed, and support.

I have bought a VPS hosting from www.hostingraja.in on 28 Jun 2022, after that we found the problem in OVI panel and then i create a ticket for the same, then they migrated server and all the things by their end. After migration our mail stoped working but upto 20 days they didn't provided me any resolution. Therefore, I requested for a refund, because due to the mail problem and OVI panel problem, so i needed the refund.

I have requested refund from 5 July 2022, from that day to today(28 July 2022), I have called them more than 100 times, created tickets many times, but every time there is new issue popup.

I am fully frustated, each time I call, new executive receives the call, and ask the issue, I am tired of telling the issue as I have already told the issue for more than 100 times.

Also my last ticket id raised at them which is 433458 and 350549, they are not providing support, always responding on call that the team is working please wait or cooperate. please do something. Please help me to get my refund.

I have taken windows Hosting from hostingraja with SSL they charge extra amount for SSL and they told me i can run unlimited website on server after paying amount now they denied all their commitment. Very bad Support. I'll never recommend this provider to anybody. I have purchased a new VPS server, at the time of sales Mr. Raj Mangal (+91 [protected]) was live till 11 PM and after doing the fraud with me by RS. 25000 he is doing the time-based job. The technical team has zero experience to resolve any issue. As per the team, my domain is bad or not configured right. My emails are not working for the last 3 days and the team has no solution just 3 words "we are working". Now I need my money back as nothing is working properly in my NEW VPS SERVER. They are not ready to reply on my WhatsApp. Every time when I got calls from the tech team (+91 [protected]) they give me a problem with my domain. As per the team my 4 years old domain has issues with Google so I need to submit a request to google after that my mail will start working. I have 8 domains those were working fine before migrate and suddenly Google rejected my all domain.

I NEED MY MONEY REFUND, DON'T WANT TO CONTINUE...

Please Dont Use Hosting RAJA, worst services ever, their sales team does not even pick calls after selling. Use Linode or Digital Ocean or AWS they are far better in performance and services

Hello sir my problem is not solved still now. I did big mistake to purchase domain from hostingraja.in server, I didn't know that response is very bad. hosting raja team sales and technical both not supporting properly. I raised multiple ticket but my query not solved still now. Hosting raja portal account not giving facility to user to change nameserver or ip address of hosting. I tried many times self but its not work. And i did multiple call but hostingraja team not giving response properly.

Initially I bought shared server from hostingraja. As my user based increased, I upgraded it to VPS server. I thought that was just fine but problem keep coming and they forced me to buy the Value server (dedicated and expensive one). Today I have a lot of problems and I could not even access the cpanel they provided me. I paid a lot of money for the value server more than 4000 per month.

I purchased my web hosting service 3 days ago. When i was taking the plan they mentioned that they are available 24*7 for any kind of support. So i make the payment and took the plan. Once payment has been made, i transferred my domains and see that my domains are transferred. After 1 hr r so servers stop working for whole night no one was picking the phone calls and no support from anyone. When i called them ask for refund of my money since your service is very bad and whole servers are down, they are saying that we don't refund your money.

We have purchased dedicated server from hosting raja., but they provided virtual dedicated server in the date of[protected] purchased on words so many issues like reputation loss clients went to my competitor mail issues 99% only downtime i ask anything they said reasons. Finally i have found this is not a dedicated server like after i asked to hosting raja team they also accepted but still no refund so i have filed case on chennai high court.

Don't buy any server space with hosting raja as they are fraud
Hosting raja is totally a fraud company and they have no right to write no.1 hosting provider. I have companies in india and usa. I bought there cloud server plan on 10th nov. I told them to host my website usatvnews.org and worldwidenews. News on their server. They took 5 days to migrate my website and from 15th nov 2017, my website is not working. I send them emails so many times but never got a proper response. Every time my site is down and my technical staff told me that our media website is down because their server is down. They spoiled my business as my clients told me every time that your website is not working so i request everyone to never take any server on hosting raja as they are totally a fraud company. I am going to ask them for my refund. My admin and i called so many times on their phone numbers but nobody picks the phone. Technical support is also not available for chat. I tried to contact them so many times on chat also but i received this message:- i am sorry, our agents are busy supporting other customers or offline. Please let me know your mobile number. We will certainly get back to you. Thank you, sorry for the inconvenience.
The toll-free number is also not working. If you are going to buy any server space or cloud server space on hosting raja then you will spoil your business yourself and your website will never open.
Even they are providing such poor services then how they can write on their website that they are no.1 hosting provider. Who declared them to write no.1. They are only fooling people and making money.
I am going to launch a press release on my more than 200 media websites as well as on all reviews website and all social media links related to hosting raja.
Interesting thing is hosting raja website is also not working sometimes.
Till today their server did not work more than 50 times in last 6 months.

They provided me with a vps when i purchased a dedicated server, and when i find it out they say they provide the same for all. And they don't provide the refund!!
Big fraud! Never ever buy from those guys!

Very poor support, they don't have a coordination i am allotted with 2 free ip when i purchased the dedicated server but when i requested for the same the admins told they don't have an idea of the same.

Only we request for cancel or refund they will actually support you! Never ever buy from them

I was on their vps basic plan for 1 year, when my plan expired which is 28, april, 2018. I want to go down to lower plan that is premium corporate for 2 reasons. 1, i dnt afford it anymore. 2, i dnt need much resource for my website.

So when renewal time came i talk to sales agent he told me that if i downgrade my plan they will not help me at move my website files and database, but promise me free.com domain name which cose around rs. 650 for a year and sll certificate for free, then i purchased the lower plan. He never told me that their plan wont able to hold my traffic.

Since i am not expert on moving website i request them to do it for me as i am their curent client, but refuse it, the reason i request them to do it was i was afraid that i might mess thing up and make my website down, i don't want my website down for even 1 minute. So, i hire someone to move my files and database for me. To doing that with my slow internet i had spen 3 nights 1:00 am - 4:00 am.

After i done moving all my files and database, i tried to setup my new website but i dnt have any access to my website i asked them what happen, they told me i dnt have any domain name, and they me to renew it with whom my domain host. So i renew to my domain at where my domain name host.

After i purchase it, i tried to setup again, but they said that my new website's ip address has been blocked from tata network, so that i cant access to my website. At this time my website was down, since i transfer everything to my new website. At around 4:00pm call them and write ticket about my issue, but they refuse to tell me at first but i keep calling them, they never pickup phone or reponse me on email, finally one agent pickup the phone at after 11 pm and told me that tata network has block my new ip address (It took them more than 5 hours just to tell me that) and he said it will be ok by tomorow morning at 10 am.

But, the next day at 10am nothing has been fixed, so i call them but they refuse to answer nor picking up the phone, i keep trying all day, by 4 pm one agent pickup and they fixing the issue etc... By around 10:00 pm that night my website went live. I was so relief but that is not the end.

The next day, they move website to my old vps plan, i was so confuse so i call them what happen one agent told me that their plan couldn't handle my website so they move back to my old plan, but i told him that i dont afford it anymore, but he told me, "last night i lost 2/3 client because of your website eating alot of our rescources, so you have to stay at vps and pay the money as plan or you can stay for 3 months then you move out," but i told him, "i paid for lower plan for 1 year, you cant force me to buy your product which i dnt want, i have my right as consumer." then he said, "you stay 3 months then if you want to stay longer i have to pay for as plan, unless you do what you want, that is not our concern." he also say they reason they lose their was my fault. I don't see why is that my fault, they have weak device which unable to hold their client or they sell their product more than their device couldnt handle it. That is clearly their fault.

Since i don't want to pay for vps plan, i ask them to refund me which i gave them for lowser plan (Premium corporate) but they refuse to refund me. So, i was being force to buy which i don't want. I don't know what to do since i dnt have any money to buy website at another host so i stay at their host unwillingly.

And then another problem came at 9th may, all of the post at website by me and my contributor's post's are at 11:pm (This post missing can only happen if database has been restore with previus database, which they re-restore at may 8th's database) i asked them what happen they said that their was problem at the night before ect... (My website down again at 7th may, which i didnt mention, since they point their fingers to my domain host, but i dnt belive them, i think it's their fault again) so i ask them to restore all my post, they said they will work on it.

By 10th may, when i check my website nothing has been restored to i ask them to do restoring fast, instead of restore them or accepting their fault they ask me why i did it, i told them i don't even have 8th may database backup how could i restore it and i don't even know how to do it. After that they never reply me.
That is my story, to sum up : 1) they force me to buy their product which i dont want. 2) they blame me on their fault 2 times, not to mention my website went down for like 48 hours, which should never happen on decent hosting company.

I have purchased domain and hosting with hosting raja. My domain for hosting is plrprofits.in. My complaint is i was shown this demo cpanel before buying:

But after i purchased and logged into my cpanel i saw there are
Restrictions for hosting. They provided me with this cpanel: http://prntscr.com/if8263.
Now i am contacting these people on support for refund. And they are not responding me about refund. Instead they ask me to upgrade. I do not wish to continue with this fraud company.
I request to please kindly look into the matter and take action or advice next plan of action

Its been over a year we took a hosting plan for one of our client from bangalore based it hosting company www.hostingraja.in from day one after taking the plan we are facing issue where the company does not respond to any of our quires on time. After that one of their company staff suggested me to buy for a better plan so we purchased their suggested better plan which cost me 22000/- after adjusting the previous balance. Now after purchasing the plan there has not been a single day that we are not facing an issue. Our website is completely down since than. The company's provided toll free number seems to be fake or not in service. During the time of sale they call 10 times a day. But after purchasing the plan they ignore us. They do not listen over the call they want tickets to be raise for all small issues where they reply on ticket after 5 hours. We ask for refund they don't reply. Kindly take this complaint as a serious issue as this is proving to be a financial threat for our company. We have all the required proof in mail of there wrong commitments towards us.

I am not able to update my web page any more, i called up the support team of hosting raja and come to know that site building portal ovi site is no longer associated with them, my 1 year subscription is still left and for all this i have to suffer and without any reason even after paying for three years advance payment.

As per them i've to upgrade my package in which they are providing some other site builder portal.

I never received any courtesy mail or call regarding this shuffle otherwise i suppose to take al[ the necessary steps that time only. I am a pro developer and reseller using hosting raja for several months. I am writing this review to help you decide what is best for you. This is not a personal attack or favor on hosting raja, its simple based on experience i had with them. Here is my experience of various services they provided to me:

Update april 2016: hostingraja.in is a bunch of cheaters and misleading people who just know how to loot. They never solved technical issues and kept websites non-working. They sent emails that my reseller account due date is 21st april but suspended my account on 20th midnight because of which i could not download my websites. Even their chat person said i could take backup till 21st evening but they are just misleaders. Now, they are demanding rs. 1000 per website backup and refusing to activate my account temporarily.in india, companies and even electricity, water, mobile bills take action after due date but these looters are just weird. I am planning to put up a court case against them in consumer court. I recommend everyone to stay away from them adn look for some company who is really trustable. I donot work with quick2host right now but still they are so good and supportive that i am planning to rejoin them for some services.

Also they closed affiliate account without any prior information in which i had an earning of around 500 rs.

So my words: stay apart miles away from hostingraja.

Domain: they provide attractive deals along with the affiliate bonus option which makes them a cheap and attractive choice for domain purchasing. (5 stars).

Hosting: they provide attractive hosting deals and resources which again makes them a very cheap and attractive choice in web hosting. (4 stars).

Server speed: the websites provide a better loading speed in comparison to my provider. (3 stars)

Uptime: servers are running really good and take a break for max 4-5 minutes, and that too after long intervals but still there is room for betterment. The frequency of downtimes should be reduced. (3 stars)

Sales support: their sales support is good. As far as you are looking to purchase something or you are doing a payment, they are good. (3 stars).

Email management: this is where i found this company really lacking in. They said that they are providing high quality email service free with their hosting and they also say it is the same email service they provide as a separate business email service too. Convinced with it, i moved all the client websites to their server and created some email accounts for them, even for my own business website and bannggggg: the dreams of hosting raja being high quality service provider got shattered. I found their email service to be highly unstable and useless. Inbox not getting emails. Junk folder not getting emails. Junk folder not getting opened etc. Etc. Even their team was not able to resolve the issues in working days and just kept on giving excuses. Worst of all, they send email from their mail ids, emails reached and they claim the issues resolved like they are my prospective clients and will purchase services from me. Truly disappointed. This forces me to purchase server from another company and move websites their because website is nothing without business email. (0 stars).

Database management: this comes to a cheating now. An autoincrement column in my database is jumping to 1000 instead of 1 whenever their is a failover/server restart and they tell me to rectify my code. Their tech team is such foolish that hey think i can send value to an autoincrement column from my c# code. I mean what is "auto" in the "autoincrement" if i am sending the value from the coding and making a coding mistake? Totally insensible. To add up, they say if the 1000 jumps will make the database column to take up more space due to bigger values, then i should purchase a vps immediately. Instead of resolving a issue, they want me to invest more and pay them. Thats cheating. (0 stars)

Live chat support: really terrible. They come into chat whenever they want and they run out of the chat by leaving conversation whenever they want. Another agent may or my not join another session, and bye chance if they do, you will need to repeat the whole story again and again new agent leaves and another new comes in and this goes frustrating. (1 star).

Technical support: now this really counts negative stars for them. They really dont know about technical. What they can do is just click on some buttons in their panels and resolve minor issues like dns settings, hosting settings, etc. When your website really needs a technical support, they raise their hands. Worst of all, to every message you add in ticket, their reply will be that your issue has been resolved without asking you whether it has been resolved or not. My email related ticket has 60+ messages in 5 days, email related ticket has 24 posts and a domain settings took 5 days with 30+ posts. Email and database issues still unresolved. So, when there are technical issues, they dont know how to help. They just keep on putting false claims that issue has been resolved without even asking from you about it. Its only you who has to rush after them. Weird. (1 star).

Bottom line: if you are a newbie and need only small static website to be uploaded, then hostingraja is your best bet. If you are going to do business and need technical consistencies, then better opt for someone else.

Completely fraud and cheater company. After purchasing servicing from them by seeing cheaper plan you will pull your hairs. I purchased expensive service from them but still every time i have to do them mail some time they decrease memory or window license goes expires or plsk license goes expires. Seems like they using all free service of licensing company due to which they are providing cheap hosting.in terms of service third class service they have and most probably they dont have 24 hours service.

Past 8 days we are struggling with these people to solve our server problem.they didn't fix the problem yet more than 9 days.per day we make call to their toll free number [protected] more than 10 times.and sent ticket more than 25/day... But no solution.we have proof for all complaints ticket number, chat details, every thing.last year also they cheated us by failed to book our domain name pixellor.com and they didn't inform us .and also they didn't return the money also. First thing i want to say that hostingraja is very poor company.
I made a web project in java and i was looking for a web server. i saw hostingraja providing java server. i asked first them to give me a few days demo so that i can sure that my project can run then but they made me sure that my project will gona run without any problem and if any case my project not run then they will refund me 100% within a week. so i paid 5514.25 inr for one year to them.

after i got server i found its old configuration server.
They said me to give 3000 more. i asked them first to give me first a trail server so that am ensure but they refuse then i asked for refund. then company said we started making excuses like i they gonna refund very small amount even they were pretending that i buyied domain with it. thats totaly false.
i paid money on 30/11/16 and i mail for refund claim on 5/12/16 also again on 8/12/16. even i tried to claim after login in there website.

I have purchased the vps server from them on november 2016 third week and from the day i am generating regular tickets about my site. This site always stay 4-5 hours down. They say they have resolved have made some update but still same thing happens. they have not at all 24X7 support. they only concentrate about billing than after their look out stopped. My ticket id 466262 and 475373 having all details about their support and service.

Hosting Raja is biggest chor compay i know. unfortunately i took VPS package from them seeing their cost. But these people can provide you VPS cheaper then godaddy starter package because they are not going to offer anything to you. I have site that is running on starter package on godaddy with 512 MB shared RAM and I have VPS package with hosting raja with 1 GB dedicated ram, my site is running fine on godaddy starter plan and here on hosting raja its always down. they say I it is using up all ram, please upgrade. How can same theme run on starter plan with 512 mb shared ram and always down on 1 GB dedicated Ram. my site on hosting raja is chalotour.com and on godaddy its chalotours.com, you can check yourself. these people dont have any VPS service they just are taking money out of your pocket without offering anything, Thats why guys, always go with brand. to save some, i lost all. i am going to take this very up. After getting my business Down I am writing here, I had shared hosting account with hosting raja which I had upgraded to VPS on Feb 22, 2016. While migrating they migrated all the websites ( as per their technical team ) to my VPS, but after one month all websites are displayed the error "Accounts are suspended", when I follow up this issue, their technical team fooled me by giving some execuses.
I had all the mails which I had written to their support, but never get the proper solutions. I request all the people who are looking and caring their web designing business that they should not rely on hosting raja.

Pls refer the attached email - that clearly mentions the below section highlighted in ‘yellow’. Basis your calculation – i have apparently paid 19247/- … which is incorrect. Kindly check the email exchange again and read ahead and confirm asap. I have also copied the person - who confirmed the same on email on the package i bought!!

Basis the enclosed email -
• hosting charges costed me (Rs. 4500) for a 5 year plan - after cutting the cost of 3 months (Rs. 75 per month)- the total is rs. 225.
• domain charges for 5 yrs for the.in and.com respectively were quoted and paid as 1100/- and 2900/- respectively. Since i have bought that, no refund is required.
• total amount to be returned to me = 4275/-
