I purchased my web hosting service 3 days ago. When i was taking the plan they mentioned that they are available 24*7 for any kind of support. So i make the payment and took the plan. Once payment has been made, i transferred my domains and see that my domains are transferred. After 1 hr r so servers stop working for whole night no one was picking the phone calls and no support from anyone. When i called them ask for refund of my money since your service is very bad and whole servers are down, they are saying that we don't refund your money. Was this information helpful? |
