Book and Host & Sree Jain Infotech is a fraud company i can say they just sell services but they don't know how to handle the customer complaints. I had purchased annual Web hosting package from Book and Host & Sree Jain Infotech on 20-Sep-2011 and registered lot off complaints till today no reply from them. 24/7 All the websites down. Jain Infotech Services customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support May 06, 2014 Jain Infotech Services Customer Care's response There is a lot of misconception going arround.
1. When we are doing business since 2001 and having clients over a lakh the trust itself talks about it.
2. We had done the work but it was delayed a day and we had informed client on the same but the client was calling every a minute and say that i ll not keep down the phone, this way its too difficult to work on with this grounds.
3. He just threatens us that he would go and put in forums about negative reviews
This is how this client has done but we assure u the trust and delivery.

They lost their servers and data backup. They are a very bad company, his account is even disabled in web hosting talk since a long time ago.http://www.webhostingtalk.com/member.php?u=87687 His current job is to blame other good companies who works in the same industry. I also lost my data. But I had a good old backup in my home computer. Never host with http://www.bookandhost.com/

We had already intimated to Mr Venkat that the index file was deleted during malware scan and we had backup till one month and unfortunately there was no communication and the data got deleted, we are still in communication and we are available all the time on phone call and we had answered all queries and we had even got the home page recovered and uploaded the same for you which was confirmed by you, i kindly request you to please give the review which you have felt with us.

They give me the best service which i hadn't got in my life time. that why i am been continuing with them 10 year
