i took my incomplete site from them on Sept -24 -2016. This guys have 1 of the horrible service in world. kindly don't go to them and be a victim like me.

i got tired, deleted thr work and installed wordpress into it.

Jain infotech, dwarkanager is totally a fraud company, they say they are in this business from 2001, but he doesn't even know how to talk to his clients first. he doesn't even know how to do the work, we need to teach him do this like this, keep this like this, he doesn't even asking his clients the input details for websites.

he sends big list of features in quotation, while doing the work he says do u need this, it is of no use for most of the things,

i had made a payment an advance payment of 5000 on 25/09/2015 for my realestate portal, at the time of starting the work he said will complete within 15 days max 1 month, today it is 24/12/2015 still the website is not complete. i have made 99% payment to them in this 3 months. 3 months completed still this person has not done the work.

His behaviour is so horrible, he gives excuses like my server crashed, data problems, apg not working, moms health not good etc etc, staff not came,

if we ask him for a particular date he says he will not tell, if we ask for amount refund he says not possible we are doing the work, i[censored] cancel no returns. this guys will not do the work and not return the money. total fraud company

they not even gave the bill first, after repeated questioning they gave me today with today's date on invoice, i have all the msgs and emails as proof. if needed can upload here.

Jain infotech is totally a fraud company, please don't go near them for any kind of business, totally waste of time and money.

Any ways i am not going to leave my money near them, will be proceeding legally if required. if any 1 has same issues can join us. my contact details [protected].

Since 6 years I am hosting my personnel site there. I accept with you, service is not good.
Since two months my site is not working. Many a times I called him and his office also.
No positive response till now. May be I am exploring about legal report etc.

They lost their servers and data backup. They are a very bad company, his account is even disabled in web hosting talk since a long time ago.http://www.webhostingtalk.com/member.php?u=87687 His current job is to blame other good companies who works in the same industry. I also lost my data. But I had a good old backup in my home computer. Never host with http://www.bookandhost.com/

We had already intimated to Mr Venkat that the index file was deleted during malware scan and we had backup till one month and unfortunately there was no communication and the data got deleted, we are still in communication and we are available all the time on phone call and we had answered all queries and we had even got the home page recovered and uploaded the same for you which was confirmed by you, i kindly request you to please give the review which you have felt with us.

Sir, i am with them from past 5 yrs and i have never faced any problem like the said above, its purely negative marketing thats being applied.

This is a very bad host that I used ever since for the past 11 months. Their servers are overloaded . The worst part is, they don't use any type of backups in their hosting servers.

Recently all his servers were hacked and we lost our website data. He send the following reply " We don't have any type of backup service in this server for restoration, if you have any backups please update it".

So I decided to move my site to another company. Hosting without a backups really not good. I suggest to avoid this host at any cost.

I am Jaswanth Jain, owner of the company i admit there was a deface of websites which were using wordpress and joomla on server and this was happened on may 29th, we had even updated all our clients that we would be taking all the backups which were available with us of may 29th till june 20th and we had then again, resumed backup process and during that phase we had lost the index file of few clients, whom we had asked them to restore if they have backups with them, we are in this industry since 11 yrs, we purely understand ins and outs, mistakes we immediately accept and we find a solution to avoid and make sure it doesnt gets repeated in future.

I Am still not aware of who is the client called mikekhan i[censored] can include u r domain we can say we have files or not.

I am from Andhra University an official Govt Organization and i have been working with Jaswanth Jain and Jain Infotech from 2004, and i have never seen any kind of problem with them, even today if i call him, he is at my place in 5 mins and gives me the guidelines weather its related to his services or not related, and makes sure that we get maximum benefit and best services, i really like his promptness.

Guys no need to check in this website. Go and ask his neighbors shops. He is a fraud and cheater too... He BEAWARE from him...

Any one can ask his clients and the staff... mainly that kalyan... he is a dedicated person... Still my realestate website is not completed. he is working from 4 months on it and that domain is also going to expire too...

I m the owner of Jain Infotech, Jaswanth Jain. I have been doing the business of Web Designing and Hosting since 2000, and Jain Infotech is even an official .IN Registrar ( Ref: https://registry.in/Accredited_Registrars) You would find Sree Jain Infotech dba Book and Host Online services.

We have clients which are related to Govt organizations and Big Private Organizations having more than 1000+ employees for instance we are having clients like Andhra University ( Biggest University in Andhra Pradesh), Nagurjana Univerisity, BHELVIZ, Visakhapatnam District Collector, GITAM Univerisity and Private Sectors like ACNInfotech, and many more, we have more than 50, 000 clients like these.

Now comming to the issue we had faced with Mr Rakesh, we had taken the project and we had assured him the delivery, we had even prepared the database and deployed the work but later we got update from Rakesh that the work what was done is not according to his level o[censored]nderstanding, so we asked him to make us understand so that we can make the changes accordingly, the changes took time which was more than the work committed, yes and in the due course we had few challenges about server migrations, upgradations, and we had kept on updating him time to time about the information.We delivered but it was delayed, even today their website is on our server with our coding and everything, how can we be called as fraud, i totally dont understand, we have worked on our limitations, he did ask us something which was beyond our limit, but we have even assured that we will find out solution from third party vendors and will get back to you on the same, we even have all the proof that he has used totally unparlimentary words which puts a mark on his decency of his language. However if he feels he doesnt want to continue with us, we wish him all the best but dont give wrong information that we are fraud or anything, we are available and we are ready to talk on anything, the reason why we rejected refund was we have done a lot of work what was said however we did not ask more money but he needs something else and its out side our purview.
