I registered an account with hostinger for hosting some of my web applications... Due to some technical reasons, I wanted to discontinue and contacted their support team on 11/03/2022... They said that, I can have 2 weeks time before the account is suspended and the very next day, they suspended the account without any warnings or notice on 12/03/2022... They haven't given me the updated database also and said that their technical team wasn't able to retrieve them... I had live clients using the applications hosted here and their data was lost... I want compensation for this negligance from hostinger... They haven't given the full refund also... Was this information helpful? |
