I have recently our purchased a domain from Hostinger and they people have sold my name and number to the agency. I have received more than 20 calls so far since 2 days from many agencies.

How come Hostinger can sell my contact details without acceptance from the consumer. This is completely unacceptable and I request to take my complaint forward and take strict action against them.

I am not going to purchase any further services from them and make sure to provide pathetic experience to my colleagues
This hostinger hosting company is horrible in providing services . I purchased three domain names and hosting services as there where cheap on festival offer. I on a good trust put my card details there on payment site of hostinger, i actually save it for future purpose when i need to pay as per my will and consent. But year after company automatically deducted some hosting and other charges from it without of my consent and knowledge. They never take me in confidence that they are going to deducted some amount from my card. I feel very cheated and stop using this website. Please don't put your financial data on it. This website is not trustworthy. They can do without knowing you. Delete all our data there. Immediately.

    I work as a freelancer, and had started hosting my site on Hostinger on recommendation by a development company. It's been a nightmare trying to get my site running consistently without pumping in more money with developers.
    My website got suspended at least 3 times in a span of a year and a half. Each time, they would call out Phishing report, then unsuspend it when I got my developer to fix it, and again suspend it. And with no notifications.

    I could not promote my website because the hosting system is so unreliable!

    And don't even expect a refund.

    If you are a small business or freelancer, please do not go with Hostinger

      I registered an account with hostinger for hosting some of my web applications... Due to some technical reasons, I wanted to discontinue and contacted their support team on 11/03/2022... They said that, I can have 2 weeks time before the account is suspended and the very next day, they suspended the account without any warnings or notice on 12/03/2022... They haven't given me the updated database also and said that their technical team wasn't able to retrieve them... I had live clients using the applications hosted here and their data was lost... I want compensation for this negligance from hostinger... They haven't given the full refund also...

        Since they have blocked my web site whenever i try to contact them to know about the reason behind suspension of site, they are not responding nor telling us the reason.

        We have been putting our great efforts to maintain this site for one year so such kind of action against us putting us in trouble at each end to our services to people .

        They are not provinding us code and data base which is built by us to create this suspended site.

        we are very much dissapponited the way they are treating us.

            I have been cheated by Hostinger with the Paid Cloudflare Account in their dashboard. Actually it's a free Cloudflare account but they charged me Rs. 643 including Taxes which is unethical.

            Also, they didn't mention that it's a free Cloudflare account. Actually, they are selling off a free version of Cloudflare in Hostinger dashboard which is totally unjustified.

            I want to stop the free version of Cloudflare account and want my refund back.

              Although Indian supreme courts have asked companies to stop auto renewals from credit cards without taking CVV some of the companies are doing that by using some unethical practices.
              I am a customer of Hostinger and they have renewed a inactive domain without my consent. Bank has also happily deducted the amount.
              These companies dont have a customer service team also who will help us also.
              Even if you try multiple ways they are so smart that you will not be able to find a contact number or email id for contacting them.

                On Nov 2020, and after I upgraded a server, I decided to change one of my domains there. Hostinger help chat has changed for a while, first helping you first hand and lately giving manuals for you to do it yourself. I understand this process helps you not only to know more about how Hostinger works but to appreciate the job of the IT team.

                However, this help turned out to be a living HELL. People you chat to solve the problem change every time you are in a situation. For my example in specific I've talked with more than 10 people and everytime I had to explain what the problem was. Some of them didn't even read the history and suggested the same solutions (manuals) that I used before. This happened to me more than 3 times. To change one domain from one server to another server takes no more than 24 hrs... guess how long it took me to get my site on track?... 20 DAYS (Nov 27th-Jan13th). Guess how much I lost $$$ since I was building a clothing site to give offers during December? Just imagine.

                Hostinger costumer service SUCKS big time, people talk to you with so many face icons and in situations like mine it was like they were making fun of you all the time, insulting you and not giving a F-- about your site.

                The last time I spoke to them they told me it will take "days" to fix it (this was last Thursday), then on Sunday they told me that it was ready... it wasn't, it was exactly as I left the site before (using manuals). Once I reply to them that they were lying about "doing something" it was fixed within HOURS... So I waited 3 days more so it could get fix in HOURS... that's an insult.

                They're horrible people, they don't help you, they just "simulate" they do it. I WILL never rate this service not even with one star... they deserve -5.

                  Now a days digital scam is incredibly increasing in such case the domain auto renewal has been encouraged through auto payment renewal without any proper user approval and refusing to refund it.
                  The auto renewal was not initiated at time of being i signed up for the first year subscription and i remember o[censored]sing paypal for the first year subscription and not for later auto payment and it seems to be added without any proper intimation and also adding a year subscriptions based an auto payment without user acceptance doesn't sound right.
                  The mail which was sent in this week regarding expiry of domain has been dumped in spam which failed to get my attention which I surfed myself after this the renewal process is done.
                  I'm requesting the solution on this dispute within less than an hours of this problem and still you are backed up with your policy norms.

                    I have purchased a 3 month subscription for hosting my website and after 8 days they deleted my account and stopped hosting my website.
                    When i try to access my website, a message encountered.

                    "erro404 oops, looks like the page is lost.
                    This is not a fault, just an accident that was not intentional."

                    Worst company ever.. Making people's fool.
                    Control Panel Autoinstaller not working and all my custom apps get down. Nothing is working but single htmls files.

                      I tryed to acess my site today and encounterd this msg:

                      Erro404 oops, looks like the page is lost.
                      This is not a fault, just an accident that was not intentional.

                      After this i entered hostinger.com for online assistance, they say they cant help because im not a cliente, but i am. I payed for the hosting and domaim. I need/want my site back asp!!!

                      The same issue happened to me today. I have purchased a domain an hosted in Hostinger couple of weeks back. I have edited my website in wordpress via hpanel. Today I'm unable to edit the website (wordpress) Seeing 404 error

                        I buy top package from http://www.hostinger.in/ and every day morning there server not responding so my online website not open i running my business through website mokkamart.com

                        also i complain to customer support but repaly of support is too late and not any service provided as describe.

                        very poor service and not value for money
                        i paid 3 year subscription and service is very poor
