I purchased the Windows web hosting from HostingRaja on 05/09/2023 and the sales name is Rushiil. Before making the payment I confirmed with him that if my sites do not work or unable to handle the load then you will give me a refund and Rushiil agreed to it, he said I would provide an easy refund if you face any issues. So I made the payment of Rs. 8800.
After making the payment I tried to deploy the sites to the server and faced a couple of issues, which I raised to him and he asked me to raise the ticket. the tech team was able to resolve one of them but after that, Rushiil disappeared I kept calling him he did not respond. Since I was not getting any help & my issues persisted I raised the refund request.
The next day I had a call with Rushiil and he said that I did not commit to any easy refund & would not give a refund like that, he asked to deploy the site again to investigate the issue. I re-deployed the site but still, the server was not able to handle the load so I again asked them to refund my money After that they kept trying to solve the problem but were unable to resolve it. At the end of the day, they asked me to email their CRM team for a refund so I did.
Their CRM team just sent me a template email to each of the replies which is given below:
"Dear Client,
We regret for the inconvenience caused. As mentioned, If you are facing any technical issue, Kindly raise a support ticket.
Our technical team will check to it and do the needful to you.

After that, I sent many messages but they did not respond to any of them while the sales & tech team kept saying the same thing again and again.
"Dear Client,
The CRM team is aware of this issue.
The refund request will be managed by the CRM team.
Please reply back to your CRM ticket. So that our CRM team will check and assist you further."
