I purchased the Windows web hosting from HostingRaja on 05/09/2023 and the sales name is Rushiil. Before making the payment I confirmed with him that if my sites do not work or unable to handle the load then you will give me a refund and Rushiil agreed to it, he said I would provide an easy refund if you face any issues. So I made the payment of Rs. 8800.

I have requested Hosting Raja team to resolve my issue on 16th Feb, 2023. but still not resolved and main thing is that the issue came after certain time regularly in 15-20 days. and without my approval they closed many complaint tickets WITHOUT RESOLVING. Support team is the worst and all errors.

Migration of Domains and VPS Hosting services

I have requested Hosting Raja team to migrate my domains and VPS hosting services on 05th January, 2023. But still not migrated and yesterday they suspended my server, without my approval they closed many complaint tickets WITHOUT RESOLVING.
I have tried so many times with no success. While I'm applying EPP code
with other domain servers the pop up shows like *These domains aren’t ready to transfer. You need to unlock them at the current registrar and enter a valid authorization code to finalize the transfer.*
I have shared (with screen shots) the hosting raja support person (Manikandan), but the issue has not yet been resolved.
I have reached the Other-technical team and checked everything, I'm sure,
problem with hosting raja sites only. Kindly disable registrar lock Recommended, regenerate the authorization code EPP Code, and provide the EPP code for 21stcenturycardiology.org and 21stcenturypublisher.org
Yesterday they sent me an invoice for renewal, even they aware of migration, intentionally they slow down my migration, suspended my account and now they are asking to renew of services.
I don't want to continue with their services, frequent down time and worst customer support.
As per conversation with Hosting raja service person today at 10: 49am, he said that VPS server suspended due to non payment and they are not responsible for data loss.

We paid for domain transfer from GODADDY TO HOSTING RAJA INR 15000/- and after getting the money, Hosting raja is saying, DATA CAN NOT BE transfer.Need to pay addtional INR 10000/-. i refused to pay being they try to grap money sayign technical issue. they have given wrong product and asked for refund and they deny to refund it

Poor performance

Since 4 days, I am constantly calling the support department and constantly getting the revert as we'll call you back in 10, 30 minutes.
I was constantly calling again and again, some of the calls were not received even. and the only solution I get after all these calls is, Please upgrade your plan,
Another solutio I got was that please optimize your code which I did several times and tried running it on many other servers out there and it was working really well on other hostings except for yours,
You see that someone purchases a dedicated server hosting and expects it to perform really well
Instead, I have got the performance even worse than a shared hosting which barely costed me around 1500/- rupees per year
I would expect that a 40K hosting should be far more better than a 1500/- hosting.
Earlier too got 100s of call for upgrading the plan
I am fed up of it and need a full refund
and as one of your executive straight away told me that we can't refund it because we can give you a solution for this
that is upgrade your plan which is madness as I can have a far more better working service on a shared hosting

I could not access the site I bought
I bought premium VPS hosting from Hostingraja.in because they said that the site would be highly available. But I could not access the site right now. I raised ticket but there is no response. Their service is the worst one I ever experienced in web hosting. The site is extremely slow compared to other hosting with the same plan. The site keep facing lots of problems. Now I could not sign into the cpanel as well. You can see it from the screenshot I provided here.

I have bought a domain and hosting plan from www.hostingraja.in on 14 Feb 2016, for my online shopping website www.roomymall.com, withing 3-4 days of purchasing this, I requested for SMTP Parameters, to send email to the users who ever sign up on my website, but upto 20 days they didn't provided me any resolution, Therefore, I requested for a refund, because due to this my online shopping portal will not work, so i needed the refund.
I have requested refund for the last 7 days i.e. approx on 3 march 2016, from that day to today(10 march 2016), I have called them more than 100 times, emailed them many times, and done the all which I have to do, But I didn't have got a single call from their side, not a single email about the refund, whenever I call them, they say me that, I shall get a message, email, or revert call back, within 10 minutes, but nothing is there.
I am fully frustated, each time I call, new executive receives the call, and ask the issue, I am tired of telling the issue as I have already told the issue for more than 100 times.
Also my ticket id raised at them is 643901, they are not providing any support, please do something. Please help me to get my refund.

Purchased domain+hosting after purchase they give me only hosting. after creating tickets they closed my ticket without responding. no one help me

Very bad Support. I'll never recommend this provider to anybody. I have purchased a new VPS server, at the time of sales Mr. Raj Mangal (+91 [protected]) was live till 11 PM and after doing the fraud with me by RS. 25000 he is doing the time-based job. The technical team has zero experience to resolve any issue. As per the team, my domain is bad or not configured right. My emails are not working for the last 3 days and the team has no solution just 3 words "we are working". Now I need my money back as nothing is working properly in my NEW VPS SERVER. They are not ready to reply on my WhatsApp. Every time when I got calls from the tech team (+91 [protected]) they give me a problem with my domain. As per the team my 4 years old domain has issues with Google so I need to submit a request to google after that my mail will start working. I have 8 domains those were working fine before migrate and suddenly Google rejected my all domain.
I NEED MY MONEY REFUND, DON'T WANT TO CONTINUE...
