I had made the following bookings with Hotel Pushpak: (www.hotelpushpak.com)
1. Hotel Dhanyasree, Munnar from 07.12.14 to 09.12.14 with Booking ref # HPR[protected].
This was cancelled by me on 04.12.14 with Cancellation Confirmation ref: # HPR-CANCEL-18164.
The refund amount due was Rs.1217.00.
2. Hotel Sithara International, Thekaddy from 10.12.14 to 11.12.14 with Booking ref # HPR[protected].
This was cancelled by me on 07.12.14 with Cancellation Confirmation ref: # HPR-CANCEL- 18166.
The refund amount due was Rs.1400.00.
3. Pagoda Resorts, Alleppey from 11.12.14 to 12.12.14 with Booking ref # HPR[protected].
This was cancelled by me on 08.12.14 with Cancellation Confirmation ref: # HPR-CANCEL- 18168.
The refund amount due was Rs.2178.00.
Hotel Pushpak’s refund policy states that refund policy will be processed within 14 business days.
I am yet to receive the total refund amount of Rs.4795.00.
I have emailed them at [protected]@hotelpushpak.com asking for the refund on 28.12.14. I sent further email reminders on 01.01.15, 08.01.15 and 11.01.15.
There is absolutely no response from Hotel Pushpak neither as a reply to emails or to refund the amounts back to my credit card.
