This is pramod sahoo, i had booked marriage reception party at hotel pushpak, kalpana square, bhubaneswar & i had deposited rs.80, 000 on march 20th 2019. Due to some unavoidable reasons i had cancelled booking on march 25th 2019, but now they unwillingly to return entire money without any clarification. I have already discussed entire matter and request for refund money after any cancellations fees.
I requested to all people please verify all documents details before any banquet booking or hotel booking. They don't have any terms and conditions policy. They don't have corporate mail ids. Mr. Avinash ghantayet (Manager and mr. Jitendra owner of hotel pushpak both person are cheater and good knowledge about how to cheat a person.
Mr. Avinash told me if someone cancelled before 60 days of events hotel won't refunded any money but in my case i had bookings before 35 days and cancelled before 30 days of booking. Then how could be possible for any backdate cancelled.
They don't know any policies and they love to communicate person with their personal mail id. [protected]@gmail.com and avinash. [protected]@gmail.com

So be careful before any banquet or hotel booking.

    This would be a warning to you all who are planning to book or using WWW.HOTELPUSHPAK.COM in future. Please go anywhere but avoid hotel pushpak.com services. I had done one online booking which i have huge regret, the booking was for goa, their website was showing clearly room availability and asking for advance payment for confirm booking. I had done advance payment and wanted to be relaxed but after two days i got one mail from them:
    "thank you for choosing goan cafe n resort for your stay in goa.
    We regret to inform you that there is no room available (Full or a part of your stay) for the requested room type and date (S).
    Please visit our website to check other hotels for the destination location or other rooms in the same hotel.

    This is really not acceptable after received my advance for the hotel booking, they cancelled my booking. Generally if anyone paid any advance to any hotel or company means a confirmed booking or reservation anywhere but for this company may be some different definitions. While online booking, it was showing room availability then how come it's happened that no room available on my dates. According to my room booking i booked my air tickets also they ruined my all programme. I called as above mentioned name mr. Rajesh from out of india, as i was not in india that time but he was not able to give me any solution and after that he disconnect my call, again i called them plenty of times but as showing unprofessionalism they disconnect my call every time after that i mailed them for refund and it is almost 2 weeks but still i am waiting for my advance refund.
    Guys please be aware and don’t use hotel pushpak for any damn services otherwise you will loose your hard earn money as well as health.

          I had booked my vacation on web booking agent hotelpushpak.com for my visit of Jaipur in month of Aug-13 and selected hotel named narayan niwas castle for 3 night stay and paid Rs. 3875/- as advance payment through my credit card. at that time hotel distance from Jaipur railway station was shown 4 Kms at one side of screen of their website and it was booked. while verifying the same on detail of hotel while is received the voucher, it was showing 40 kms from Jaipur city so i immidiatly contacted pushpak and they assured me that hotel is well located in city area. I received call from hotel before 3 days of arrival and they informed that actually hotel is 200 kms away fro Jaipur and it was shock for me and my family. I had no option and i called hotel pushpak people and they simply denied to refund the amount. i had to stay in another hotel and paid more amount there. After the incident i am regularly calling them and sending mail for refund of the amount but they are not listing at all and saying that narayan niwas is not refunding amount/. Here narayan niwas is not at all responsible for this cheat and only hotel pushpak are cheater who have shown wrong distance on their web site and now they are not refunding my amount. I have number of times requested and i was speaking to Ms. Suniti and Mr. Vikas and i have asked them to let me speak to their superiors but as their intention is to cheat to they are not giving me contact no of them. i have all proofs with me to prove the fact.             I have booked online 2BHK apartment for 6 adults at Silver Oak Holiday Home, Shirdi for dt 26.01.2012 before 35 days on 22.12.2011 through Travel Agent HotelPushpak.com through internet and received CONFIRMED booking and was allotted booking ID HPR[protected].

            On 25.01.2012 the Executive of HotelPushpak.Com Mr.Chander called me at 22.30 PM and informed me that my booking with SilverOak Holiday Homes at Shirdi is cancelled due to heavy rush of Republic Day and also informed me that Silver Oak management has allotted the booking to someone else. So HotelPushpak.Com has cancelled my booking!!

            The said confirmed booking was cancelled without my permission & consent and without my fault. They have cancelled my booking before 12 hours and I was not in position to re-plan my schedule as car rental and all leaves arrangement for 6 adults was done. Due to heavy rush of Republic day I was not able to reserve any good Hotel for my staying.

            I wrote them on 31.01.2012 to pay me compensation for my mental harassment but neither them replied or apologized.

            So please registered my complain and punished them for the mental harassment of 6 highly educated persons group of Doctor, Engineer and CA.

              Please do not make a costly mistake and use Hotel Pushpak.com. We booked a hotel with them in February 2011 for December 2011 and paid a deposit equivalent to £143. Our booking was confirmed by them on 1 March. In mid September 2011 we were informed that they could not provide the hotel we had booked. We requested a refund of our deposit on 28 September and have since sent many emails to chase them up. Despite 3 separate promises that the payment is being processed we are still waiting and fear we will not see our money again. I’ve copied the customer service and refund guarantees from this Hotel Pushpak.com website below. Don’t believe them, they are completely worthless, in our experience every statement is false. Please save yourself grief and money and just avoid them.
              “We continually strive to attain the highest level of guest satisfaction. Our guest service people are prompt in answering your questions and taking care of all your needs and ensuring that you are pleased with your decision to stay with us. We guarantee 100% satisfaction”
              “Q| What is the Refund Policy?
              A. Once booking is cancelled and refund requested, we will process the refund within 14 business days. Most of the time it is less than that.
              Q| Is my booking confirmed if I have made the payment?
              No. After recieving the payment, we will find room availability. If the room is available for the requested hotel and dates, you will recieve an email from us confirming the booking and confirming the reciept of the advance payment. Otherwise, your advance payment will be immediately refunded.”

                On[protected], I tried to book a hotel in the name of of my friend Mr. Dipankar Ser in puri, orrisa via Hotelpushpak.com by using my mastercard bearing no. [protected]. During Booking an amount of Rs. 3300/- ( Rupess Three thousand and three hundred) only had been debited from my account but after debited the money, they don't confirm my booking and my booking was not confirmed. They send me an emial and i.e is as follows:

                Dear Mr. Dipankar Sen,

                Thank you for visiting HotelPushpak.com and for your booking request for Hotel Rumani. One of our reservations specialist will be attending to your booking request and will get back to you as soon as possible. Please mention your following booking number for all future communications.

                Your current booking number is HPR[protected]

                Your booking is NOT confirmed until you have received the CONFIRMATION email from us. The CONFIRMATION email will have your login PIN that may be used to check your booking details. Confirmation email is usually sent between 6 to 24 hours from the time of booking.

                After receiving the email... I don't tried to book once again.. and I told them to refund my money into my bank account.. and then they send me the another email and i.e is as follows:-

                This is to inform you that the merchant has initiated the cancellation process for order number HPR[protected] for your transaction on http://www.hotelpushpak.com. This cancellation request has been forwarded to the concerned bank and we await their reply.Rest assured amount would reflect in your account as per the bank's procedure.

                Until then we request for your cooperation.

                But till today i.e on[protected].. the said amount is not credited into my bank account and I have phoned them several times but always they assure me that the money will be credited into my bank account very shortly.. I have made the booking on[protected] and today is[protected].
                Therefore I have lodged the complain before you to solve my problem and oblige thereby.

                  Through HotelPushpak.com, while booking roomsat Hotel Prashanth, Trivandrum on 5th August, 2011 ,advance payment of Rs.2400 was deducted by HotelPushpak.com through my credit card. Unfortunately the rooms were not available at hotel for the requested stay period. Yet even after 11 days the advance payment has not been credited to my credit card account while the website says that it will get done within 2 working days. This is ridiculous service from HotelPushpak.com. I have called at their office 4-5 times, but the Customer support executives are not responding to my phone calls & are not giving any concrete answers about credit of my money. Everytime some new person picks up the phone & I had to tell hime/her the whole story again. If the money is not credited to my account within 2 -3 days, I am planning to go to consumer court against HotelPushpak.com.

                    I booked 4 rooms in a hotel Pratap Regnecy in Nainital thru online Travel Agent "hotelpushpak.com". Booking was made on 17.12.2010 for 2 days i.e. 31st Dec 2010 to 2nd Jan 2010. The Travel Agent had confirmed my booking vide order no. HPR[protected] against which I made advance payment online on 17.12.2010 to "hotelpushpak.com".
                    But on 29.12.2010 I'm getting calls from the same Travel Agent that my booking is not confirmed as there are no rooms available in the said hotel. I've already made further travel arrangements of Taxi & Ranikhet.
                    Now at the last moment the Travel Agent is denying the booking.
                    Pls advice.
                    This is in regards to complaint which I booked online against hotelpushpak.com on 30.12.2010 for denying booking in the agreed hotel after taking advance payment. I would like to inform that the agent has agreed to provide me an alternative property which I've accepted provided it is as per standard norms. So I'm withdrawing the complaint against him/ her.

                      I reserved a room at Mohan International Hotel in Delhi via Hotel Pushpak when I was in Goa (reservation HPR[protected]. Immediately after making the reservation I saw online reviews of the hotel which stated that it was not only disgusting and creepy but dangerous: at least one guest had been robbed and the culprit was found to be a hotel employee. My wife was to arrive several hours before me from a different city and I was not going to have her go there alone.
                      Immediately I contacted Hotel Pushpak by email and instructed them to cancel the reservation. This was within a few minutes of making the reservation. I did not receive a reply.
                      In subsequent phone calls to Hotel Pushpak, I have been told by the very un-helpful official that I can use the funds as a credit toward future stays, or I "might" get a refund at some unspecified future date. I informed him that I have no plans to return to India. Tonight, December 12, 2010 I was told to call again in January and he "might" refund my money.
                      This is a pathetic excuse for a business but in my experience all-too-typical of Indians' dealings with foreigners.

                        I, Santanu Ghosh Roy, Had a booking for two at Hotel Sangeet, Shimla for two days, from 5th-7th Nov-10. i have done this booking through online transaction by an agent named HotelPushpak.com. I have done this booking on 25th Sep-10. I made a advance payment of 1 day room rent of Rs.950/- on 25-Sep-10. My Booking Confirmation No.HPR[protected]. but on 3rd Nov-10 due to health problem i have to cancel the booking, for cancellation i called up HotelPushpak.com and as per their instruction they made my cancellation confirm. and they told me that by next 11 days refunds (after 15% deduction) will made in my credid card a/c. but after 12 days of waiting i again called up HotelPushpak.com but they denied to pay me the refunds. This is totally fraud. i want justice. Please help me.

                          I had booked a room at Ahmedabad in Hotel Ambassador for my company executives using online services of Hotelpushpak.com. The booking was made in September 04, 2008 for a stay at Hotel Ambassador on 21/10/08. I tranferred Rs.1200 vide cheque number 485436 dated 05/09/08 drawn in ICICI Bank account to Hotel Pushpak Account Number[protected] ICICI Bank, Bhubaneswar.
                          The booking details are: Booking #: HPR[protected] Pin: 6920. The person who was in charge of booking was Mr.Avinash Specialist, Booking - Hotel Ambassador Cell Ph. (0) [protected] Phone[protected] / 2311654.
                          When my executives reached Hotel Ambassador, they were told that Hotelpushpak.com has not paid the amount. My executives had to pay cash for their stay. When I contacted Hotelpushpak.com the next day, I received very poor response. Since then I have called about 50 times to their officein vain and I am yet to receive the refund. I am lodging a complaint so that others do not lose their money like me.

                          i too having the same experience with these people, when i booked a hotel, they have blocked some mony in my account with out my knowledge. still they havent relesed the amount.
                          it is almost 7 months went.
                          I have booked hotel details as below. After that cancellation done. As per below confirmation balance amont should be reached at my account within 20 day. But now it is more then one month. Not received balance amount.
                          When i discussed with you peoples then you are not giving any proper response.

                          Please suggest how to proceed, How i can get balance amount in my account.

                          I have maild 3 reminder called many times but no respon

                          I booked three rooms for two days stay for my family from 24th April to26th April, 2011 in Hotel Sangeet, Shimla, vide booking detail no.HPR[protected] through HotelPushpak.com and paid an advance of Rs.2600=00 through my credit card.
                          Due to change in exam schedule of my daughter I was not in a position to visit Shimla on scheduled dates, subsequently I cancelled my booking by sending mail to HotelPushpak.com after contacting over phone line.
                          On 23rd I received a telephone call from HotelPushpal.com asking our whereabouts, I again informed them about my postponed program with reference of e-mail sent earlier. Again I received call on 24th evening and asking same question. I promptly told them again about my postponement and forwarded copies of e-mail sent to you on 13.04.11.
                          Still neither I received any information regarding my money deposited nor they are available on phone. I have sent one e-mail as reminder but no result.
                          Let me know isn't an act of cheating a customer.
                          I request to get my dues clear as soon as possible otherwise I have no option but to go in consumer forum to make complaint.

                            I had online booked Hotel Snowlion Homestay, Darjeeling through hotelpushpak.com on 26Th August 2008 For 22nd Oct 2008. Hotel booking number is HPR[protected]. I have paid advance payment of Rs. 3000/- out of total payment of Rs. 3300/-to hotel pushpak through credit card. Due to some unavidable circumstance I had to cancel this booking on 18Th October 2008. Before cancelling I telephoned the hotelpushpak staff & asked about the refund policy. I was told that since I was cancelling the booking before 48 hours, there will be deduction of 15% & rest amount shall be refunded. I cancelled the booking online after confirming the refund policy on internet site. A cancellation window pop up on sreen stating that booking successfully cancelled. It gave me cancellation confirmation #HPR-CANCEL-12863 & I was intimated that Rs. 495 cancellation fee charged to my booking & balance amount of Rs. 2505 will be refunded to my account within 20 business days.After this even after repeated reminders to the hotel through email & telephonic call, hotelpushpak has not refunded me the amount.

                            HotelPushpak.com is an online portal and has served guests for over half a centuary. It has great relationships with thousands of hotels across India and some of them are the best budget as well as high end hotels available.

                            We try our best to get our customers the best possible deals and services. In this particular case, here is what happened: Cancellation was done too close to the peak season. Some hotels are too stubborn to refund the amount to the guest. In which case Pushpak will not be able to refund the customer. However we at Pushpak will keep trying our best to be on our customers side and continue our efforts to get the refund from the hotel. If the hotel agrees, refund will definitely be processed to our customer. No doubt about it. And we will try our best.

                            We successfully process hundreds of refunds to our customers every month. And there are bound to be a handful of issues. But we take pride in resolving 99% of those issues. And we will keep working hard to solve the remaining 1% as well.

                            I was following up the matter with hotelpushpak.com through phone & emails for last one & half months. I could not get the positive reply.

                            Thanks for your positive reply within one month after posting the complaint on consumercompalaints.in.

                            I agree your point that some hotels are too stubborn to refund to the guest like individual customer. But you as a travel agent should have better control on them.Continue follow up with hotel & ensure my refund at the earliest.

I am very much surprised to understand that how an indian based international travel portal like hotelpushpak.com is taking so much time to settle dispute with one of its clients Hotel Snowlion in Darjeeling, India ?

                            As mentioned in earlier occasion as well I had sent very important article pertaining to West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination -2009 for mt Daughter. The article was sent through Janpath Post Office, New Delhi, Counter No- 1, Op-Code- GRM, Reg No- RL A 5248 dtd 29/12/2008, Time- 13.00 Hrs.
                            The Article was marked for Jayanti Chowdhury, "Subhada", Kagas Road, Chowrangi Para, Kagas Road, P.O- Ahmadpur, Dt- Birbhum, West Bengal, 731201.
                            Sir, it is already 8 days passed but the Article has not reached the Designated Address. This is very very urgent and needs to be sent to Kolkata after doing some required formalities at Ahmadpur.
                            In fact it was asked to do Speed Post but the concerned post office at Janpath Post Office informed that there is no facility of Spped Post at Ahmadpur and there by they sent the same by Registered Post.

                            This is after almost five months. I am following the repayment dues with Hotelpushpak.com. You assured me that you will continue your efforts to get refund from the hotel. This is once again to remind you on subject matter & revert back on updated status.
                            I had online bookd Hotel room for Mount ABu through Hotel Pushpak .com vide ref no. HPR[protected] dated 10/02/2010 .The said Hotel booking is subsequently cancelled vide ref no. Cancellation Confirmation: # HPR-CANCEL-14710 dated 17/04/2010 and I have received EMAIL that after deuction of 15% cancellation charges amount refunded Rs.2625.00 to my A/c. Since then I am continiously follwoing up with them .But till date the amount is not credited to my a/c

                            I will never use Hotel Pushpak again. I reserved a room at Mohan International Hotel in Delhi via Hotel Pushpak when I was in Goa (reservation HPR[protected]. Immediately after making the reservation I saw online reviews of the hotel which stated that it was not only disgusting and creepy but dangerous: at least one guest had been robbed and the culprit was found to be a hotel employee. My wife was to arrive several hours before me from a different city and I was not going to have her go there alone.
                            Immediately I contacted Hotel Pushpak by email and instructed them to cancel the reservation. This was within a few minutes of making the reservation. I did not receive a reply.
                            In subsequent phone calls to Hotel Pushpak, I have been told by the very un-helpful official that I "might" get a refund, and tonight, December 12, 2010 I was told to call again in January and he "might" refund my money.
                            This is a pathetic excuse for a business but in my experience all-too-typical of Indians' dealings with foreigners.

                            I had made bookin in hotelAsutosh Inn on website hotelpushpak.com booking id given by hotelpushpak.com wasHPR[protected] .The advance amount was debited on the same day however hotel puspak.com intimated by e mail that reservation was confirmed.

                            But Insted of that when i reached hotel they said they did not get any payment from pushpak and did not allow us to enter the hotel.I paid the cash for check in and spoke to pushpak customer care.They said that they will refund the amount into my credit card account but as of now i did not receive any communication from Pushpak end regarding refund.
