HotelTravel.com — hotel room downgrade | |||
Hi, I had recently booked a room from HotelTravel.com as you can see from the photographic evidence attached below. However after i reached the hotel, the hotel down graded me from the presidential suite i had booked to a triple bedded room( when there are only the two o[censored]s). I believe i have been cheated and demand a just refund of my money and also a payment for the unnecessary harassment i am going through. Hi this Prem any one Can one can be help I can give Rs. 20000 for account open but cant be open my account because Icic bank tack 20000 and bank staff no body can pick my call
