Hotfashion Epay Kerala SBIpg — sbi card fraud

Nikita kapoor and kiran verma quoting themselves as staff of sbi card called me on 08.02.2018 by phone no. [protected] and [protected] respectively. They both were well known about my card details, hence i realised that they were real caller. Both ladies confirmed me that according to our rules you have to purchase some articles-shirt, pant and shoes from hotfashionepay kerela and in addition you will be provided a discount card for future use. Following their instructions i told the otp and an amount of rs.7805 was debited in favour of hotfashionepaykerela.
Now the above mentioned numbers come switched off and i feel that it is a case of fraud and i have been cheated by two ladies, but it is a fact that money was transferred to hotfashionepaykerela and it is the legal duty of the company to deliver the articles for the amount debited from my sbi card on 08.02.2018.
