Hotstar — poor live streaming of cricket match

Poor live streaming of cricket match has been the practise of hotstar which monopolises the streaming of cricket matches in india. I have subscribed to this channel for about a year now, hoping that they would improve their services. But my patience and complaints to them via fb messenger have been in vain.
