Hotstar — unauthorized payment | |||
Hi, I have my account on hotstar. The details of the account are- Name: ankur sharma Email: engg. Ankur.[protected]@gmail.com I had recently purchased hotstar premium one year subscription for this account on 21st february'19. Before that for the past 2 months my account was being deducted of rs.200 for using the services of the hotstar premium account. However, i wanted to switch to 1 year subscription plan, and purchased the same on 21st feb., as also mentioned above. However, rs. 200 is still being deducted from my account (Recently deducted today morning-28/02). I am also unable to view my details using the 'my account' option, wherein it is not showing my transaction history, which is why i am unable to cancel the 200rs deduction. Your customer care number is also not available at any point of time. I am attaching below the screenshot from the account wherein you will be able to see that i have 1 year subscription with the next billing cycle due in feb'2020. Also attached is a screenshot of today's message received from my bank for the deduction of rs 200 towards hotstar. Please get this resolved asap.
