Purchased a bluetooth speaker, after 3-4 days it stopped working. Red light is there when put for charging but speaker not working at all. This is a very common problem. I purchased it from kolkata airport and when tried to get it serviced in hyderabad they asked to contact the company directly and denied a replacement/repair. I would like to take a strong note of it as it appears to be a common problem. Otherwise i will be forced to file a complaint in consumer court. Was this information helpful? |
