I recently bought an smart watch from hottech at the kolkata airport. The watch has not been working since despite charging it for long durations. I attempted the company via the contact number but the effort has gone in vain. I hope appropriate measures shall be undertaken to avail an refund or an replacement would also suffice.

Myself sachin dubey. I purchased this product from rgia airport eva shop on 10 jan 2020. After 2 or 3 days it is having some issue with microphone and bluetooth connection. At the time of calling proper voice is not going. And sometimes it is automatically disconnected or connected and most of the time right side ear pod going blank only left side is working. I m having very worse experience with this product. I want my money back or replacement of my product. My phone no. [protected]

Purchased a bluetooth speaker, after 3-4 days it stopped working. Red light is there when put for charging but speaker not working at all. This is a very common problem. I purchased it from kolkata airport and when tried to get it serviced in hyderabad they asked to contact the company directly and denied a replacement/repair. I would like to take a strong note of it as it appears to be a common problem. Otherwise i will be forced to file a complaint in consumer court.

It is hereby to inform you that hottech bluetooth stereo headphone is got damaged viz; it's head belt is broken. Headphone was purchased from ava merchandise in delhi airport of terminal - 3 on 21/08/2017.

I don't know how to replace this one. But as per the my mentioned detail, kindly put on hand for the query and change the product at the earliest. Give me the full detail about replacement of headphone.

My headset is working pretty well but ili have a problem with it. Im not being able to get it be paired to my mobile. I want to know the pairing process of the headset. The user manual lacks this as well. If i get to know how to get this into pairing mode, i will be satisfied with the product. There ia no use of having a bt headset if this is not pairing with my device. I hope to get a reply soon and be able to use it happily.

I bought hottech headphones at the igia through the air flight tickets from air india given at a discounted rate and couldnt resist thinking to be a good deal.. After just 3 months, the headphones started showing problems like npt connecting to the bluetooth mobileset or discomnectibg even when themo ile is neae to me... Now a few days back they just snapped into two halves while overu head, listening music...
I was told by those dealers thatit was a legitimate product and has service centres all throughout india and i cant fing even one. Im from visakhapatnam and please tell me the nearby location i could get it serviced.
