Dear Desire Victims,
I tried meeting Ashok Basu and Sanjay Shaw on 2nd October 2013 at their Lake Road office, but I was told by their office staff that they are not in the office. In actual fact both of them were hiding in the office. As we all know hiding is the nature of thieves and Ashok Basu / Sanjay Shaw both fit in “Thieves” category. They have assigned two new dramatic artists Pradip Paul & Gautam Guha with a help desk that is always in question. These two persons are actually fire fighters of complaints as they promise people that the money will be returned soon or new plots shall be allotted, on the contrary NO MONEY WILL BE RETURNED TO ANYONE - that is the agenda of this Chit Fund Company Desire Agro Resorts. This company must be blacklisted from Kolkata and Ashok Basu / Sanjay Shaw must be jailed.
Desire is not willing to release any money to any victims. Government officials cannot take action against Desire Agro Resorts until and unless an official complaint is not registered against Chit Fund Company Desire Agro Resorts.
Few good people from real estate industry have advised me to nail Ashok Basu / Sanjay Shaw with below two options which are easy and handy :
1) Contact “The Confederation of Real Estate Developers Associations of India” (CREDAI) http://www.credai.org/ and send complaints about Chit Fund Company M/s Desire Agro Resorts owner Ashok Basu / Sanjay Shaw. We need to appeal to CREDAI VICE PRESIDENT West Bengal Honorable Mr. Harsh Vardhan Patodia and explain the fraud by Desire.
2) Proceed with a legal complaint about Desire Frauds via lawyer’s panel in Kolkata. It’s a specific tribunal of very competent / legitimate lawyers who deal with REAL ESTATE FRAUDS. They don’t charge any money before case resolution. I know one of their wise delegates Mr. Shailendra Prasad Thakur Phone No. 0091 [protected] who is expert of recovering victim’s money from fraud real estate companies. You can pay him later once the case is solved and your money is in your hand.
The same way I am planning to proceed as I am not in Kolkata. I am an overseas worker and since past 12 years I have been struggling to recover my money from Ashok Basu / Sanjay Shaw. They sold me a plot on papers P-25, Middle Town DH road which is a fake project. This plot does not belong to Deisre, but it belongs to two Marwadi Sisters called Kejriwal Sisters who dwell in Assam and not in Kolkata. Both sisters have now filed a strong case against Ashok Basu / Sanjay Shaw, Desire Agro Resorts. Desire Company is a fake company that shows people some project on a piece of paper, but actually these kind of projects nowhere exist. Various cases on record !! Please make people aware while dumping any money in Desire Projects, make sure to see the ORIGINAL AGREEMENT of the Land, it’s your right!! Please don’t let others be victim of Ashok Bose and Sanjay Shaw’s frauds. I herby request, please spread some awareness in your surroundings.

Desire directors are in illusion that Senior Officials are not aware of Desire’s act. But they should be made aware that Law and Order will go hunting for Desire today or tomorrow.

Desire agro resorts development Pvt Ltd, p85 Lake road, kolkata took money from me, to provide plot, and issued certificate for booking the plots.By four years I have paid 3lak, now they are hiding, no plot, no refund, no body found in this address.. kindly help, take action against them.
