Dear sir,
I would like to inform you that on 15.07.2006 Kalyan Ganguly, an agent of Desire Agro Resort Development PVT. LTD residing in my campus,took us to the office promising a 2.5 cottah land(Plot No.-210) in Bidyutnagar. South 24Pgs for Rs 162000/-..We made a advance payment of Rs 32500/-(Cheque No.-11669-SBI,dt-15.07.2006) & they booked the land in my name. But latter on when my personal lawyer-asked for the necessary detail...

I had purchased two plots from the company for Rs 3.00 lacs in total.
The total amount has been paid long back but they are not alloting the plots.
Several times I have been assured that soon registration of plots will be done but it never happened.
Requested to look into the matter.
