i am amit jain, i have booked a flat in amaltas in april 2011 and i was told that i will be getting possession in nov 2011 positevely but till date neither i have got the possession not the management is ready to talk they have not even given the penalty amount also if somebody wants to share problems with me they can contact me on my moble [protected] Was this information helpful? | 
I purchased a flat in SEM in 2012 and promised possession in July 2013, nothing yet, i visited site in Feb 2013 structure was almost complete brick work was ongoing, yesterday i received a letter from Shipra management stating the possession in March 2014.
Has anyone else received the same letter from Shipra group. seems like it's another false promise from Shipra group.
