House Hold — daikin ac 1.5 tons flap not working

myself mukesh wish to update that my ac of diakin 1.5tons flap is not working. Show to the engineer stating that the flap corners are damaged hence you need to replace the same. But where as i found that we handled the ac very carefully how can the flap goes wrong

at the same time even i see lots of flap replacement issues are facing by other customers also.

My question is that i hope the design of the ac flap building design is not properly designed hence many of other peoples like me are facinf the same

request to give solution for the same to my ac
