I returned the dress for quality issue, purchased vide order no. Hl[protected] did 5/8/19 and invoice no 611302. On returning they deducted some handling charges and said balance credit is in my wall at which i can use any time. But to my surprise they have blocked my account for reason best known to them. I sent almost 5 emails but no response, tried calling their tel no. [protected] almost 100 times but no one picks up phone. Incidently last week one ms kinjal patel received phone and said will reply in 24 hours but no reply till date. Even no one picks up the phone. My credit is almost 950/00 rs even after deducting handling charges.
