I had ordered a shirt worth Rs 1200 from the fraud company instead they shipped me a cheap and different product. I returned with 150 delivery charges but still not received refund
No body is responding the phone calls
It is a fraud Male attire company who needs to be arrested immediately
They are selling with the name of Alexplum. Kindly advice.

      Wrong and pathetic product...I am charged 1150 for this ...it is not even worth...extremely bad quality and third class stuff... I need my money back

        House of Lehangas is a cheating company. I Ordered in October 2019 for my daughter's birthday, and I received cheap quality worth of Rs. 200/-.
        But, I paid to them Rs. 1525. when I sent email about quality of the product, they asked me to return by own charges. Then next time they promised to send good quality Lehanga. I beleived I send that Lehanga to them with my own charges.
        After that no reponse from them . Please, help us

        One year back I registered complaint on them still now I didn't get reponse from your side, please help us and return my money Rs.1525+120(Delivery Charges). we are middle class families hope and expect so much about online shopping. But like these fools we lose trust in e-commerce, So, because of fraud business people. we are not developing in India. The problem is not resolved, Please find solution for my problem, When I call some other website she is saying not house of lehangas.

        House of Lehangas is a cheating company. I Ordered in October 2019 for my daughter's birthday, and I received cheap quality worth of Rs. 200/-.

              I had ordered one green colour Ghagra which were totally different from what I had ordered then they asked me to courier it and I spent Rs. 100 for courier then out of the product of 1099 they transferred to HOL wallet only 800 rupees. And asked me to order something else. I was not getting anything good to order. Today i thought of checking if any new arrivals I am not able to connect to the site. And I want my Rs.1099. Also m not able to recover email conversation.

                    Placed an order for a dress on 1 jan, 2021 and received a message that the order is confirmed. However, today is the 3 rd day and I have no idea where my product is. I tried contacting them via the given contact no but the number was switched off and no response in mail.. Also, this is a prepaid order.

                            I placed an order for 2 kurti sets (Rs 999) and 1 lehenga (Rs 1800) from the HOL website.

                            Please note the below issues:
                            1. The size delivered is XXL, while I had ordered for S.
                            2. The item is not as per description in the website - print, quality and border are completely different from the images shared on the website.
                            3. Delivery is incomplete - There is no dupatta delivered with the package, though website shows a complete set.

                            Desirable resolution : Return and refund of the amount

                            Item description in the message : COMBO-2(HS-23+HS-1)*S

                            I placed for a COD delivery, and since I was not at home when they came to deliver, my dad was forced to pay the amount. Also, there is no way you can reach them and no option to raise return request on their website. The contact number shared on the website is always switched off.

                            What bothers me is even if they agree to take back the item, will they refund the amount and is it going to be trustable?
                            This is totally unacceptable and a strict action should be taken against such activities.

                                  I had ordered lehenga seeing many positive reviews on the website..after completing my order the amount also got deducted from my account...I was waiting for confirmation mail but didn't receive when I contacted them they are saying no number registered from my account they asked me to mail when I sent mail again there is no reply when I contacted them once again after 10 calls they received and answered saying that they didn't receive any mail ...very disappointing they are cheaters I want my money back
