House Of Lehengas — No confirmation or tracking info in prepaid order

I placed an order for a dress on 8 Nov, 2020 and received a message that the order is confirmed and tracking info will be shared. However, today is the 4th day and I have no clue where my product is. I tried contacting them via the given contact no. but no one responds. Also, this is a prepaid order.
Below is the message that I received from them.

Thank you for placing an order with us. Your order #HOL[protected] is confirmed. Once dispatched, we will share the tracking details with you. -- Team houseoflehengas
