House Of Lehengas — No tracking information in prepaid order

Placed an order for a dress on 23 Nov, 2020 and received a message that the order is confirmed and tracking info will be shared. However, today is the 3 rd day and I have no clue where my product is. I tried contacting them via the given contact no. but no one responds. Also, this is a prepaid order.
