House Of Lehengas — not refunding the money or not allowing to make payment through wallet

Very bad products get delivered and for returning we have to send courier, upon that they take processing fee for returning the item . they don't have facility of tranfer the money to bank acct. they say it will added to wallet and while making the next payment the website will not take amount from wallet for payment .
