House Of Lehengas — wrong product delivered me 2 times | |||||
Dear. My self asha i booked earring in house of lehengas website rs.890/-. They not given me booked earring they send me different earring thats is also very cheep quality earring. And i send the mail to customer care team. I got reply from shivani varma ask me to resend that earrings to this address - 112, kuberji textile park - 2, near belgium square, delhi gate, surat. Pincode - 395002. I did by self-courier through dtdc.130/-rs. After that i got reply from shivani with in 24hours they going to refund my amount in wallet after that i can able to book the product. 2nd time also i booked my earrings and this time also they send me wrong product and now they telling (We are really sorry that as we have sent our best products for you 2 times but still you dont like the product, so we will not be able to accept your product returns so we suggest you to keep the product.)
