I placed an order for 2 kurti sets (Rs 999) and 1 lehenga (Rs 1800) from the HOL website.
Please note the below issues:
1. The size delivered is XXL, while I had ordered for S.
2. The item is not as per description in the website - print, quality and border are completely different from the images shared on the website.
3. Delivery is incomplete - There is no dupatta delivered with the package, though website shows a complete set.

I placed for a COD delivery, and since I was not at home when they came to deliver, my dad was forced to pay the amount. Also, there is no way you can reach them and no option to raise return request on their website. The contact number shared on the website is always switched off.
What bothers me is even if they agree to take back the item, will they refund the amount and is it going to be trustable?
This is totally unacceptable and a strict action should be taken against such activities.
