Dear sir, i have given the deposit of rs, 50000 thousands and rent is rs 7500. Its one year completed and i have informed him 1 month ago oly that i am vacating the house but after 15 days also he is not giving my deposit back. Evertime he is making new excuse dont know wht to do. Pls do help me. [protected] my contact no. I hav called him many times he is not receiving and when i visited his house he was there after that he has telling lots of cut from deposit like electric charge 2800, labour charge rs 1000, tube light rd 200, fitting rs 1000 like that lots of deduction Was this information helpful? | 
I have stayed in Airoli Sector 3 (Flat No :H69 3rd Floor).We have deposited Rs 50k but we got only Rs 33k .Still 17k is still with the House Owner.They are just extending thier date for refunding with no positive response.
Please help us in getting the rest amount of Deposit.
