House Owner — house owner harassment | |||
I took a flat for rent in Plot Number - 189, Jawahar Nagar, Moula Ali, Hyderabad, 500040. I am facing lot of poblems with the owner. he actually visits our home in the mid nights, roaming around my home looking through Windows, not allowing any of my friends and relatives to visit my home. Frequently increasing the rental charges which was against the agreement made in the past. he will not even give me an receipt after payment of rent. Entire amount he is getting is purely Black Money. Grabbing money from the innocent poor people. I have been facing lot of Harassment from the Owner which is against law. I hope concerned department of Telangana, Hyderabad, reads this and take actions on the person. Was this information helpful? | |||

Same problem I have faced simply go away from the house. Give a written complaint specifying all the misbehaving.

You can go to Rentbaba and write the review of your house owner and the house. This will not refund your amount but can caution others so that they don't fall prey to this again. Also, it would serve a reminder to your house owner and all other house owners who are ill behaved and harass tenants.
House owner not doing any thing repair or anything needed o be fixed, or even query if there is any wanted they refuse to solve & speak disrespectful of me, we Tenents putting our money & fixing the issue
