House Owner — owner harassment

I am Sucharita tenant staying at this address: MIG -1-160, near Little tots school, behind srujana forum mall, kphb colony, 9th phase, Hyderabad

I have been suffering a lot as my owner not giving rent receipts and now increased rent to 20% which is not fair.. Now I am paying rent of 13, 500/- and the owner increased rent and asking to pay 2, 500/- extra and not giving rent receipts AMD not accept money through bank only takes cash on hand. And they were abusing me so much and my husband and I suffering a lot with them. He not paying any taxes to government that's y he is not giving nay receipts and torturing us all time for everything.. Please do the needful. We are planning to vacate house but the owners may not give my two months advance back I guess. So please help me..
