House Owner — security deposit not returned

Hi my name is mrityunjay lahiry i am from chattisgarh and i am now in bangalore for my studies my room owner took 15k cash from me as a deposit and now when i vacated the room she is not giving any money back and saying that for the cleaning and all i have to pay extra 2000 rs can u plz tell me what to do... And for cleaning a bathroom does it costs around 3000 rs for 1.5m2 bathroom
