Sales agent promised to take the booking agreement at a token amount of 1 lakh and booking agreement delayed for one month. Post which they demanded 3 lakh rupee as token amount and not ready to refund the booking g amount although the booking agreement never happened.

The escalation manager, project manager are just useless as they are cheating the customer .

It's been almost a 2 year i am following for my money. They changed dates almost 126 times, they are changing the dates and sending mails from last 2 year.. it's almost 126 times changed the dates. In 2 installments i was supposed to get my money as per agreement. I need to get 6, 06, 000/- rupees, for almost 1 year I received only 25000/- still a huge amount is pending. No one is responding properly still waiting for huge can anyone help me here.
