I am writing this email after going through a real mental harassment. I booked this service on 7th Feb 2016 which is a pre paid order. Although I booked the service to be started from 8th Feb, Nothing happened. By nothing I mean I got no calls, no emails from Drivekool. I called them and they said they will call me back, again nothing happened. Then comes Mr. Naveen. He (not so sorry) started conversation and said the services can only be started from next monday(which is today). I then got a call from some person called Shankar who was supposed to be the driving teacher and he agreen to start the classes from Sunday itself(one day before the agreed date from Drivekool). Again nothing happened. Neither I got a call from Shankar nor from Drivekool. The amazing part among all this is, HouseJoy is enjoying, absolutely no responsibility. The payment has been made to Housejoy and ideally they should be responsible to provide good service to the customer. After this I got a call from a different driving school, SSB Driving School and they said now the classes can only be started from Sunday as I need to have a Learning License and apparently that can only be done on Saturday. Then I called them to confirm the timing for visiting the RTO and the documents I need to carry, then to my surprise she said I need to pay Rs. 1000 extra to get a 2 wheeler plus 4 wheeler license. This can be chacked on the RTO website, there is no extra charge for a 2 wheeler license. I then (completely hopeless) asked them to cancel the service and I demamded a compensation for this(I am travelling out of country for which I need a license and classes). The person who called me from HouseJoy assured me that he would call me in a day to tell me the compensation details alongwith the money I paid. I got my money back yesterday(1 rupee less than what i paid, no clue why !) and on asking HouseJoy(I called them, they never called back.), they seem to be clueless again and asking for the explanations again.
