Sir, i booked a job with you for repairing my geiser in job id no.[protected] on[protected]. The service agent mr. Saravanan came. Inspected the geiser under repair and promised to settle the issue. But you are sending messages unnecessarily stating that the service man is on the way to your house, etc. But none turned up. Further the contact no. You are giving is in no way helpful because the no. Is reported to be barred from calling. When i am patiently waiting for the mechanic to come and finish the job, your msgs. Are disturbing.
