Hi, i availed hair coloring services from house joy, i had requested for blonde color, but the executive had got only red color and she lied to me that she is applying both blonde and red color, and also she had got some cheap product which resulted my hair dry and damaged, i have been calling them to resolve the issue, every time they are requesting me to pay for the faulty service, they should compensate me to rectify my damaged hair, but they are not bothered to address this issue instead threatening me that they would take legal actions.
