I placed my order on 9th of may 2016 (Wash & iron) and the laundry was collected on 10th of may 2016. After repeated request i received my clothes on 17th of may, where as housejoy is supposed to deliver it after 4days. To my utter dismay, i saw my jeans was missing.Instead of my black skin tight ladies jeans housejoy delivered a blue shady over-sized men jeans. This jeans was tagged as order id 9440427 (Which is my order id). I immediately placed a call to the person who delivered the clothes and karthik ([protected]). I informed them about the whole incident. Both of them said they'll get back to me the next morning. But as usual no one called. I had to raise a complaint through my housejoy app. After seeing no response from housejoy's end, i called the operation head senior mr. Nandish ([protected]). He said in records housejoy has delivered 12 clothes to me, so it is not their problem anymore. There is no way that he can help me, as he has already delivered 12 clothes to me. He also said since the order id tagged on the jeans matches with my order id, it is bound to be mine. Hence housejoy did not make any mistake. Post which santosh (Customer service-housejoy) called and requested a day from me. On 20th may santosh called and said there is no black jeans with them, and since they have made a mistake housejoy can only pay ten times of the service tax amount, which comes to rs.220. Firstly, how dare customer service team says that it is not their problem? Am i supposed to accept other's clothes instead of mine, since housejoy has given me the exact number of clothes?? Or am i supposed to accept only my clothes? What kind of customer service do you have?? Is housejoy professional enough to run a business? How is mr. Nandish a manager there? Secondly, are jeans available for rs.220 bucks in the market? After harassing a customer for one and a half week, this is the solution housejoy provides? Housejoy has some pathetic people working for them. I had to raise a complaint here to seek help from consumer forum. Not because the jeans costed a great deal, but because housejoy can't run a business by taking your customers for granted. If i had known housejoy has this kind of a business model, where they lose things or steal clothes and loves harassing clients, i would have never asked for a service.
