I booked a a/c service on housejoy.In 1 week in advance. On the scheduled date no one arrived and neither did they track any status. I called customer care twice and they didn't have any update and asked me to wait for 2 hours to get a response from house joy team... Don't think i am going to get a satisfactory response either.
